No module named distrib

I downloaded PyQRS which is a software for probabilistic and statstic, and i hit this error when i run python2.7 PyQRS27.pyc

   File "PyQRS.py", line 19, in <module>
ImportError: No module named distrib

I need to find which libs provides this module. Any idea?
